You might have seen the pictures from the pincushion swap I’ve been hosting (for years)
Each round is 3 months and each month you are assigned another person to make and mail a pincushion to and someone had your name too. So a round of 3 months, mean that you’ll make 3 pincushions total and also receive 3 pincushions!
It’s a lot of fun and like Christmas each time you get a squishy package in the mail!!
Postage in the US is less than $5 but you most likely will be assigned one international and that postage can be between $5-10, so I recommend filled the pincushion with plain fiberfill so it’s lighter 🙂 -plus some countries like Australia have strict import laws and won’t allow crushed walnut shells! (who knew!!)
If you want to send an extra goodie in the package, that’s up to you, it’s not required….
And don’t worry about your skills, there’s beginners, there’s advanced people in the group, it doesn’t matter what you make as long as YOU made it!

Yes, what else can we do? This must be the ultimate thing in today’s world. It’s so fun. And we’ll need some fun in the weeks to come. I love all my pincushions I’ve got through this swap the last years. So I’m in, certainly.
