I’ve been playing around with taking videos and uploading them on youtube.

Just a simple leaf vine 🙂
I’m trying to figure out a good angle to have the camera where it can follow me and not be in the way and be able to shoot an okay video.
Also the files are huge! any ideas how to make them smaller?
I’ve read about windows movie player, may try that.

The leaf video is by far the best for seeing what you are doing. It looks as if you have mounted it to the machine in some way and that is exactly what I would do if I were going to do a video of the quilting process.Being a photographer, I immediately think of several possibilities, but with no knowledge of what equipment you have, it's hard to give any advice. I would be glad to give you some more detailed pointers and ideas if you'd like. Just shoot me an email and tell me what type of video equipment you are using. Cool videos! I thought the best view came from the leaf pattern also. Although I love to watch how people do feathers, so that was my favorite. A little hard to see the lines though. Thanks so much for posting these. It's always nice to see how someone draws their designs. 🙂
