Do you name your sewing machine(s)?? I don’t….It’s just my “Juki, brother, etc”
My main workhorse machine is my Juki TL18QVP, it’s a straight stitch machine and this guy is heavy and sturdy!! I LOVE it!!
I rarely take it to the “spa”, it has no bells and whistles and no electronics which makes it great!
The last time I took it in to get cleaned out, I got texted this picture! so I think I need to flip it over and clean it out more, I often clean the bobbin area, but never from the bottom….hmm
My longarm is also a Juki QVP and I don’t like it anymore, I really want something better with a better sensor and belt/chain thing, but the one I want is 30K and even if I sell my current one it would be a lot!
It does the job when I long arm quilt, but I get wiggly lines a bit and that annoys me, it’s probably minor, but not to me, but I keep using it, I’m thankful I HAVE a long arm and I DO LOVE the Quilter’s Creative Touch software, THAT is the best on the market and so fun and easy to use!
I also have a Brother embroidery machine and it’s working great! we got this refurbished years ago and only took it in for repairs once since I got it.
I often embroider these owl pincushions or hanging owls.
I’ve also made zippered pouches on it
and I sometimes embroider quilt blocks with it too
And I recently got this sewing machine die from Accuquilt
