Bee Kind Blog hop

It’s time for me to show my BEE themed project!

I love Bee themed things (did you guess that already? with my Bee logo and my name?? though my name is pronounced Bee-ah not Bee, because, though I AM busy, I don’t sting- at least I don’t think I do!!)

I’ve made so many Bee things over the years, but this time I’ll show this quilt

I recently finished this quilt and my plan was to turn it into a pattern, now I’m not sure….

I made with with QUBE dies of course and the shapes are easy enough to rotary cut too, it’s just kind of an odd block and could be created differently, but I guess that IS the fun of patterns, that you can’t really tell how it’s put together??

so maybe I WILL turn it into a pattern- I’ll add it to my pile 🙂

It measures 44″ x 52″

Of course I quilted bees all over it!

Want some more BEE eye candy??

I just HAD to have the Bee gnome fabric!!

A lot of these are patterns in my shop

If you want to see more BEE inspired projects, hop along or should I say waggle dance or buzz around?

  1. Oh did you pull out the stops on this hop! You have been busy as a bee. Love love love, all your little bee projects.

  2. What a busy bee (Bea) you’ve been! Your swarm of bee quilts are so different and so fabulous! Using a bee quilting motif is just perfect. Great work!

  3. I adore all those quilts. That golden yellow color is so cheerful. I really think it’s the one color that be used all year long! Thank you for sharing. I’m loving everyone’s bee puns in your comments. Your first quilt that you designed is so lovely. I could see that in many different color schemes. I hope you do write up the pattern. Thank you for sharing!

  4. Very pretty Bee quilts!!!
And, just in case you want my opinion … I do think you should write up the pattern using Qube dies!
Happy Quilting (and pattern writing … hint, hint!)
