That’s Greek to me!

Remember I showed this picture before of how I started digging into my precuts as my yardage/ fabric stash was running low

The brown jelly roll I had was half a roll I believe and I didn’t follow the directions by adding yardage I believe, anyways I just winged it and did what I could and ended up with 9 blocks!

Then it was a matter of deciding on the block placement and how they turned

The quilt ended up being 30″ x 30″ so it can be a neutral baby quilt or a wall hanging

I did custom quilting on the blocks since it was only 9 of them, that was a fun learning experience in QCT, one block design started in the middle, another started in the corner.

I used a pale brown/ tan thread

For the back I used this fun floral from Singapore 🙂

The binding is a tan mottled print

It’s Greek to me is listed in my shop and on Etsy

  1. That would be a perfect little boy quilt. I like that backing fabric.
