Strawberry dresses

I finished two peasant dresses for the girls using this pattern from peekaboo patterns and then I used this cute strawberry print and matching red print and a green solid for sashing

The pattern is super easy and just uses 1/4” elastic!

I sewed the sashing to the side of each dress, as the last time I made these, they never used the sashing as they got mixed up with regular clothes.

First I did a photo shoot inside

Then we moved outside

Then out on the grass and Anja DID NOT like the grass!

it got better once I got her standing

after that, we went in for a snack and Anja was much better
