Have I shown you the 9 storm at sea blocks I finished recently, I’ve decided not to make anymore and just to make them into a quilt.
I made the blocks using the storm at sea BOB die
I think I may have shown these ideas from EQ (gotta love EQ! to be able to sketch out ideas quickly and color away and see what works and what doesn’t)
In the end I decided on this last one, by adding 3″ black squares and 3×6 white rectangles and then a 3″ border in black as well, so now the quilt is 54″ x 54″ a kind of odd size, but I might just quilt it and donate it, we’ll see
I do like the sort of highlight and shadow effect it makes 🙂
