Stop N Go Mini quilt

I have done a bit of sewing and quilting and finished up this small version of my STOP N GO quilt pattern.

It measures 27″ x 27″ and I made it using some of the old MOTH FQ club fabrics and solid white.

Normally the pattern is made using the 8″ QUBE set (or rotary cut to make 8″ blocks) but here I used the 6″ QUBE set and kept cutting until I had a good number of pieces.

I can’t remember, but I’m pretty sure I used Fat Quarters, I really don’t remember because of LIFE stuff happening lately.

I quilted butterflies all over it in white thread

I love using plastic bins for the pieces after they are cut and here I see the note saying 1 FQs, I did use yardage for the white and the border and binding.

The blocks are fun and “different”, not quite symmetrical.

The blocks are the same but because every other one is flipped, the final look is quite different and it’s hard to see if it’s all half blocks (rectangular blocks) or what.

I have the STOP N GO pattern on sale for $8 for this week!

Try it out 🙂
