I finally my turn to show the September QAL block with Michael Miller Batiks
The directions for the block are here on MMF’s blog
I used the 8″ QUBE set of course!!
This blocks uses shapes #1, 2, 3 & 5
Here’s what to cut out
Fabric 1 (black):(4) of #1, (8) of #3, (6) of #5
Fabric 2 (Green): (6) of #5
Fabric 3 (Orange): (10) of #5
Fabric 4 (Light Blue): (4) of #2 and (2) of #5
Fabric 5 (Multi1): (8) of #3
Then I sewed together all the HSTs
and sewed together even more
and soon the middle of the block was done
and then added the large star points!
So now the block is 16 1/2″
