and it’s simple!!
just rectangles
It uses just shape #8 and it’s your choice if you want to use 2 fabrics or 4!
I was scrambling to have enough scraps so I used 4 colors and cut out 2 of each!
Then I laid them out in a step layout and sewed them together, first into quarter blocks
and here’s the block!
you can sew it together any way you want of course, you can turn a quarter of the blocks or keep them straight like this.
That’s it!! the blocks are done!!
I won’t show the layout until next week, as I have several suggestions
So have fun making these and play with the blocks and think about how you want to finish the quilt!!

They definitely deserve applause for the nice selection of bread and the service at this place which was good from start to finish. The mass produced filet was too good. This is the best event space Chicago for hosting great events. The venue can accommodate as many as 850 guests or as little as 50.
