Look who’s peeking out!
I found this ADORABLE embroidery file at embroidershoppe.com here
and they are on SALE now!!
-there’s a boy and a girl as a set.
It took me a while to make it, as I needed to buy organza, but 1/4yd was plenty, then you also need skin colored fabric and Heat N bond or other fusible for ironing onto a maternity shirt.
I wanted to figure out WHERE to iron it onto my shirt, and it may be a bit high, but this way I can see it easily from the top 😉
It was fun and rather easy to make ITH and then trim and iron onto the shirt.
Hopefully I ironed it well enough that it will last in the wash, if it doesn’t I’ll iron it again and then use a black thread and zig zag around I think.
I’m officially in the 3rd Trimester, less than 3 months to go now!
Awe that is cute. You look cute too!
What a fun embroidery design Bea and what great photos of you and Sonja!
You quack me up. Cute design but absolutely perfect placement on your shirt. Your little bundle of joy is getting ready to come meet everyone…just a little longer.QuiltShopGalwww.quiltshopgal.com
