It’s the LAST block of the Peanuts BOM!

I actually finished the block in late June and the top in July, then procrastinated on quilting it!
Snoopy was the “hardest” of the blocks to FPP, well it was more “woodstock” his little mohawk hair is so tiny but SEW cute!
After I finished the block, I played with block layouts on the design wall.
I then decided to sew a white sashing and inner border on it and then a scrappy log border from left over fabrics from the blocks.
The sashing is 2” wide cut btw and the logs are 3 1/2” long and different widths and sewn together randomly.

I also managed to finish the quilt- just missing a label on the back.
I just outlined the main thing on the block and did a SITD on the outside, then bubbles/pebbles on the sashing
and curves on the border
I found this pencil fabric for the backing- thought it was fitting since it’s a comic strip 🙂

I just love this so much!!! I always read peanuts cartoons! I hope to some day make this quilt. I'm a new quilter and need to practice before I conquer this!😃❤️
