For the end of year Christmas party for Sonja’s 2nd grade, the teacher had sent an email about bringing in treats or goodies for stockings for each child and for some CRAZY reason I decided to make little owls for everyone!
Here’s 10 BOY owls
8 girls owls
and one for the teacher (plus a table runner)
While I was at it, I made an owl for my pincushion swap partner for December too, so that was 20 owls in a few days!!
I was pretty much walking between the embroidery machine and the long arm without sitting down at my sewing machine.
In the middle of the owl project, I got a call if I could embroider names on stockings, which of course I CAN, though it was trickier than I thought since they are already made…. But I figured it out 🙂
What a hoot. These are simply too cute.
Thanks! Kids loved them
Who makes that machine embroidery pattern? So cute!
I think it’s embroidery garden.
Fabulous of you and
I love all the owls!
Merry Christmas.
