When I first made the Bunny Slope pattern, I had actually cut out the pieces WAY too big with the wrong QUBE set, I made the top still but it just sat on the shelf for over a year, finally recently I got around to quilting and finishing it!
This big honking Bunny measures 77″ x 77″
I think the reason I didn’t like it, is because the colors are wrong and the scale is wrong, if it was tiny pieces matched up with that black dotted funky fabric, I think it would have been ok, but this turned out so BIG!
I quilted large feathers all over it
This was the original quilt I made for my pattern and I like it a whole lot better 🙂
As with all most of my patterns (at least the new ones) that are Accuquilt friendly, I provide a QUBE chart so you can make the same quilt with a different qube size!
I also have KITS available with the new Moth themed fabrics!
With each KIT you get enough fabric to finish the top and binding!
The small one finishes 19 1/2″ x 42″ and is normally $48 now on sale for $38
The large finishes 42″ x 53″ and is normally $81 on sale for $65!
sale ends 1/11 or until stock runs out 🙂
That is interesting to see how colors and fabric design make such a difference
