New Square dies for Accuquilt, did you see my quilts?

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!! (If you celebrate that? We really don’t but I did ask hubby to make Shepherd’s Pie tonight)

Did you see Tuesday’s Accuquilt video with new die releases?

This week it’s all about SQUARES!

It may seem a bit odd, but squares are useful and especially when they match up with other BOB dies or QUBE sets!

I made 3 quilts (and patterns) for this release!!

This first one is called A Dozen gems and it uses the 10 1/2″ square, the 10″ setting triangles and the Pickle Dish die

and for this quilt I set the blocks on point!

(My teenage daughter thinks that the pink makes it looks like private parts! well….. now I can’t un-see that!)

The next quilt is called “Open fields” and it’s made with the 7 1/2″ square die and the Rob Peter to Pay Paul die

And the last one is Rose Trellis (that’s where I used the leftover fabrics for the hourglass blog hop quilt this week, but this week I made MONTHS ago)

Here I used the 7 1/2″ square die and the 3 1/2″ Fin Drunkard’s path die and strip dies
