When I got the new shipment of fabrics I just loved the one with the retro cameras on it and thought it would make a cute dress for Sonja
So I found Simplicity 5118 and went to work!
I only had 1yd of the camera fabric so dress B (the white one) was the only one that would fit, but I chose to do the tie and the sleeves in the grey anyways so maybe the others would have worked too, but still I liked this one. – made a size 2- can’t believe she’s almost 2!
It went together pretty quickly- a few hrs with swoon blocks in between 
I LOVE it!!
love the back too.
I made my own “bias” tape for the sleeve but made it kind of skinny and not on the bias, but it worked out fine.

It turned out adorable. I can't believe how big she is getting. She doesn't look as baby anymore.
I miss sewing little dresses for my girls. That was always so much fun. There are soooo many adorable fabrics now:)
