I was working on this pattern before the Quarantine but then when it came time to name it, I thought “Contained” was very fitting as it’s made during this time and also one of the blocks is a string block so a great way to “contain” those scraps/strings!
Get the pattern here
It’s in two sizes, a baby quilt 36″ x 42″ and lap quilt 48″ x 60″
Here is a baby version, which we started working on at the quilting class I taught at church before this virus/quarantine started!
and here’s a picture from one of my “testers” Sandie, her red white and blue version looks great!
Of course you can easily convert this one to a QUBE quilt! the blocks are 6″ finished, so that’s the 6″ QUBE and then the large square in the 12″ QUBE set! (the small square in the 12″ set is the large in the 6″ set, so you’d only need to cut the small squares if you only have that set)
This new pattern turned out nic.
thanks! it’s pretty easy!
