These Star blocks and the orange fabrics made me thing of a Super Nova and the secondary diamond blocks could be the black holes in outer space! With a little imagination 🙂

Quilt can be made with the 6” QUBE and companion Angles sets by Accuquilt.

 

I made mine the baby quilt size and used my 6″ QUBE set and yardage I had around.

The pattern comes in 4 sizes

The pattern is written for the 6″ QUBE but if you have another QUBE size (and companion set) you can still make the quilt, the yardage and finished sizes would just be different but the layout and block construction is the same. I included a chart on the last page to show what’s needed for other QUBE sets

Of course I provide templates too and rotary cutting in case you don’t have the QUBE set

I used two orange prints for the star blocks, but you don’t have to do that, here’s some other color ideas!
