On January 25th I’ll be teaching an ITH embroidered purse pincushion class at Capital Sew and Quilt!
For the class you’ll need to buy the embroidery file from Embroidershoppe to fit your machine
with all regular embroidery supplies and your machine and stabilizer, threads etc.
Also bring scraps of fabric you want to use for your purse, a piece of scrap felt for the bottom of the purse (but I’ll bring what I have) 5-6″ long but a few inches are plenty big, you’ll need one piece 2 1/2″ x 5-6″ for the handle, then a few pieces for the sides, top and flap, but the rest are small.

and I’ll bring crushed walnut shells for the pincushion
There WILL be some machine sewing involved and some hand sewing.
