Long arm quilting 30s quilt

I’m finally DONE quilting this quilt for a customer.

It took me a few weeks, she wasn’t in a hurry and I didn’t have a line of quilts

so I took my time and rested off my feet when I could 🙂

PLUS this thing is HUGE!! 80 x 100 or something like that.

On the center of the quilt I quilted curves from corner to corner, I to love how it looks like circles but it’s all straight lines in the piecing.

On the borders I did circles/bubbles on the inner border and meandering on the outer border around the appliqué.

Now the backing I had to send back one because it was too little and not pieced right, this time it was still a squeaker, but I did the best I could and stayed within the purple and I think it JUST fit all the way around….

Hopefully she’ll like it 🙂
