While we were at the beach before Christmas, I got a FB message if I could long arm quilt a quilt before Christmas, she had brought it to another place who had it for a month then got to hers and their machine broke and they gave her a day’s notice (so this was the 21st I think) I told her I’d be home on the 22nd and could do it on the 23rd, so she came over that afternoon and dropped it off and I quilted it. She had sent me pictures of the top and I knew it was sentimental, it’s shirts from her grandparents I think and she was gifting it to her mom for Christmas- how could I say no to that??

She even pieced the back with a heart block too!- oh and I just realized it spells out LOVE!
She picked it up that afternoon when I was done and was very happy with it!
