It’s time for block FF, still doubled in size and it’s all about KITE blocks!
You’ll need 8 grey and pink #15 kite shapes and 16 blue and black (half right side, half left side if you’re using a print, otherwise it doesn’t matter) #14 triangles.
sew the blue and pink together and the grey and black together, 8 of each.
then sew the blue/pink kite blocks above the grey/black blocks like this
and then these together like this, it’s best to press seams open, but you can’t avoid bulk in the center, so just be careful.
