Jelly Roll Quilt DAY today

DID YOU KNOW TODAY IS NATIONAL JELLY ROLL DAY??

I have another fun quilt to show today, this is a jelly roll quilt that was inspired by a book but I changed things around and also used my 6″ QUBE set to cut out the pieces, I meant to write it into a pattern but it looked too much like the book and was kind of odd, so I’m not going to do that now, I’ll just donate the quilt eventually.

Anyways, this quilt measures 42″ x 48″ and I had the top made for quite a while before adding the borders, then I realized I had the same mottled light green in the Spring FQ club- because I got the jelly roll when I was an ambassador for Michael Miller Fabrics back during Covid……I never got around to using the jelly roll, so I figured it was about time!

I’m NOT the type to buy/hoard fabrics just because I like them, plus I’m prolific, so my stash shelves are always very empty, as soon as I get a stash I use it!!

I believe I quilted this with the design called “Aimee’s Flourish” (some of these flowy designs are so similar it’s hard to remember, so I’m guessing based on the look)

I used a yellow print for the back from my FQ club.

To celebrate National Jelly roll day, get any of my jelly roll patterns for 15% off by entering jellyroll as a coupon code at checkout.

(Ends tomorrow the 19th!)
