I got EQStitch working!!

I joined the yahoo group for EQ stitch and someone emailed about a “fix” for the old PED basic.

it’s a weird work-around but it works!! yay…

so I installed this program yesterday and started playing!

I’m always JUST done embroidery on my Brother machine, but never tried applique in the hoop

well…… it’s SEW much fun!!

Here’s the first part of a flower applique, I was cutting away the fabric, NEAT!!

and the finished flower in the hoop

  The flower is maybe 3 1/2″ or smaller, it fit inside a 4″ hoop.

but WHAT fun!! I’m thinking a small pin cushion out of this one??

thought I’d show the pile of Ahhhh’s too, there’s more coming this month!!

The other day I saw this video from Missouri quilt company

And my daughter is going to a sleepover birthday party this weekend, so I thought these were perfect, she picked out two matching charm packs I had and I made these! they were fun, but I did the charms in a circle instead, I should have stuck with the real directions, but it doesn’t matter now, they are SEW cute and pretty easy!

Then earlier this week, I got a squishy package in the mail and didn’t think I ordered anything THIS small! and didn’t recognize the sender… MYSTERIOUS!!

 And this was a note inside, okay I know Michele but she’s not in the STATE on the address, so who is it? well I ended up finding the etsy shop and emailing her and she told me Which MICHELE who sent this…

Now a few happy Sonja pics, she’s NOT crawling yet but flipping, so she can move around several feet without us looking.

Sonja is sick now BTW, kept waking up last night, I had to sleep with her while sitting almost upright, then at 4am I fed her and she projectile vomited on me and the bed, so I took a shower and took her upstairs to sleep on the couch in her room, we slept on and off until 9.30 this morning!
