I actually quilted a LITTLE bit today

Even though I don’t have much energy lately.

this morning was my neighborhood’s monthly get together to quilt/ sew.

So I woke up determined to at least quilt this small table topper that my pastor’s wife had given me scraps for over a year ago and asked if I wanted to make something for a nursing home for valentine’s (last year)

I’ve had the top sitting for a while and noticed it again when I did my 2012 list of projects.

so today I quilted it with my walking foot on my janome

I did SITD on the main part

then on the border I tried some fancy stitches from my machine, don’t really like the hearts, but too late now, then did a leaf vine next to it.

Yesterday this package arrived in the mail from les quilts

I won this neutral FQ bundle at the blog hop, I love them!! they are all so nice.

wanted to also show you some ODD cravings I’ve had, I really eat anything in sight!

here’s homemade bread, one with danish havarti cheese and jelly on top (it’s a danish thing and NORMAL and really tasty)

then a slice with nutella! yummy- been a long time since I’ve had that.

then a whole avocado cut in half to eat with a spoon and then chips and salsa.
