I recently finished my EPP hexagon quilt!
I made this with a layer cake from connecting threads and then the 1” accuquilt hexagon EPP die to cut out the papers and fabrics!
Plus a solid white and border fabric
It measures 40×41 I think or something close to that.
I long arm quilted curves from corner to corner all over, I love doing that on hexagon quilts as it then looks like circles!
I also quilted sort of flames that are supposed to look like seaweed on the border and I machine stitched down the binding.
On our Sunday drive to and from church I’ve glue basted these large triangles and hexagons and started piecing them together into stars
I’ve also been busy with more ohio star blocks
I have exactly 30 now! (but with the blocks being 5” that’s not much, I’d want it to be at least 50” (10) x 70” (14) so that’s 140 blocks!! quite a ways to go yet!
You've gotten lots done.
Love the hexagon quilt and not these new blocks are really nice.
