Today I went to the quilt marketplace near us with a neighbor and friend.
I took a few pics of quilts and quilting
this one was really pretty
and look! orca bay!! it looked great there
I also saw hissy fitz design
maybe 2 summers ago, I bought this kit and decided to needle turn it instead of machine applique, well it’s still on my list!
the same time I bought this pattern and made a quilt for my friend in Denmark
we then saw these cute placemats, made from a panel and border fabrics, simple and easy
on our way out we saw this!
isn’t that a cuuute owl?
well…. I bought it !! plus some fabric markers for stamping? a pin, and a jacket pattern.
I’ll make the owl for Sonja- maybe without the yo yo eyes with buttons- it still has printed eyes on the fabric which is still cute.
look at the pin! isn’t it fitting?
and Sonja was so great there too, plus I had to watch a theater reading at my daughter’s school today too and Sonja was great there too
LOL. I need one of those pins too.Looks like a fun trip.
Looks like a fun day out. Love the pin!Sonja looks like such a happy gal!
Looks like fun, there's always so much inspiration at quilt market. Definitely a plus when the baby is happy throughout. Something more to add to your list for 2013!
Some many sewing delights. Little Sonja gets cuter each day
What size is that Orca Bay? Is it a miniature? It looks soooo small!
Looks like it was a great marketplace and I want one of those pins too!!
