I was ordering fabrics for a quilt for McCall’s at Riley Blake yesterday.

I also asked if they would like to do a giveaway and they said YES and that I could pick a FQ bundle.

so this is what I picked

  1. Well I would love to make any of those lovely quilts you designed! That would be a dream. I have a hard time knowing exactly what I could make with a fat quarter bundle. How far would that much fabric go? Would I run out before I could complete something that beautiful? That is a HUGE dilemma for me and so it sits uncut. How do you know?? Perhaps I would chicken out and go with a table runner LOL

  27. Happy Birthday, Mine is the day before (on Saturday). I'd consider it a birthday gift..AS to what it would become, I'm not sure. I certainly quilt, but I'm also thinking it could make a wonderful peiced totebag/purse with matching accessories. I can see adding a bit of color to the monochrome to make it pop..

One is a QAL that strikes me as more masculine or modern, one is for my son and one is a log cabin with sashing and stars…. this would be a LOVELY addition! Nice selection!     Happy Birthday!!!! I am actually doing my Hobby Space in Black and white. I usually don't buy for myself. But I would use this to make a new swing machine mat, pin cushion and a scrap bin and a thread bin. The rest might go in my next quilt along blanket.     I would love to win this giveaway. What would I make…I have never used black & white but I think I would like to make a series of wall hangings with each one having a different pop of color, a hint of a rainbow with each hanging being B&W with maybe one square of color: yellow, orange, red, blue, purple, green.
