yesterday I forgot to get a linky with the irish chain QAL
well guess what!? I haven’t done anything with it and I don’t LIKE my blocks, they are fine from a distance, but I don’t know…. I needed a break, so I put them in a bin last week.
(Of course I made the blocks for Celtic Solstice)
And this weekend is the KICK off for the Chatham Artist Guild Tour
I’m #46 on the list, hopefully I’ll get lots of visitors (and buyers)
Sunday after church I dropped off a quilt at FRANK’s gallery in Chapel hill, it was a FANCY gallery, oh my! there’s a reception there the 12th
And the Chatham Artist Guild will have a reception the 6th at CCCC
(our local college)
I have over 40 quilts ready to sell, I’ve also been making lost of little things lately, right now I’m working on owl pot holders, they are always a HOOT!
Then it’s time to clean up and get the house ready…..
Let the STRESS begin
well not quite…..
Link up if you’ve done any progress on the irish chains
Wishing you a good show. Try not to stress too much.
I love the word proquiltinating.Good luck with the artists tour, I hope you get loads of visitors and sell everything you want to.
Oh my, I love the Owl potholders. Is it a pattern or did you just (pardon the pun) WING it? I need to make those for co-worker presents.
