First class!

Today and last saturday I taught my first quilt class at a local quilt store!

It was a twist on a bargello table runner.

Even though only 3 signed up, it was still good for my first class.

The ladies were really nice and loved to see their fabric choices.

From the TWIST on bargello book, when the students cut out the fabrics I like to roll them up and lay them out like the block is supposed to lay out, then you can change your mind on something the last minute

Now this lady ended up shrinking the block and turning it and making a different sashing, think it will turn out cute.

This one below was the table runner I made for the quilt shop, the owner paid me to make it for her, for the store 🙂
