I’m doing Critters and Bugs today
I knew I wanted to do a ladybug, and this one was the only one in EQ.
well…. I didn’t like it
So I started from scratch, well sort of….
a while ago I made this little ladybug
I had it in another quilt so I figured I’d move it over to be in MY LIBRARY
so I copied it
then under my library I created a new name for the “style” – Animals and pasted it in there
Here’s the ladybug in LARGE
of course again I had to add eyes
And DOTS!
Here it is all ready for some color
I also enlarged it and hit the CENTER button
This was the first try at the ladybug face, I thought it was OUT too much
So I moved it back a bit, now it looks kind of shy
and a nice green background
Here’s what it would look like in a quilt.
Here’s the pdf for a 6” block
Don’t forget to comment too to win a copy of Quilting Designs 7 from Electric quilt (US and Canada only)
I’ll draw a winner next monday
Good luck

Lady bugs, such a useful bug in our lifetime. They just released 72,000 in the Mall of America so they wouldn't have to use harmful pesticides. They can eat all the harmful bugs that eat the plants. Ok anyway, We love ladybugs, called my daughter that for a long time. Love to win, Thanks for the chance.ncjeepster@aol.com
