Easter is over

Saturday we went to a birthday party and I made two matching lambs for the birthday girls ( they are 2yrs apart and about a week)

The pattern is an ITH pattern from dolls and daydreams

Their main wish was money, but I HAD to make them something, so I then added some of these FANCY bowties 😉

After church on Sunday we had a brunch there and I made a lamb cake.

Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world! John 1:29

I have also been busy making a new dress for Sonja and figured she could wear it on Easter for the first time.

It’s a pattern by peek a book patterns (Primrose)

and I used some My little pony fabrics and matching batiks from Island batik

Of course we took some family pics before we went to church on Sunday 🙂

Now lately my husband has been thinking about cutting his hair, we both like it, but I tease him that with his BLAZING orange cap on, he looks like a —well—- homeless guy/labor worker etc….. what do you think? should he cut or NOT cut?

And look how tall my oldest two are getting! almost as tall as me (though I’m short, so that’s a good thing)

  1. The dress is just adorable and the family photos are so sweet. As far as your question of the day, I remember seeing a pic of your hubs a while back and he definitely didn't have hair that long then….I think he looks better trimmed. At least that is my vote.

  2. I'm just glad I'm not the only one who thought he was homeless with the orange Cap. It does look good when you curl it. I know you both like it. As long as it doesn't interfere with work or your marriage keep it.

  3. Oh you make me laugh. What a description of your hubby! Personally, I love long hair. Heck, if you've got it flaunt it! LOL!What cute little bunnies and that new dress for Sonja is adorable.

Cute dress!! Happy Easter!!your hubby is a good looking man! ;0) it does get to a point our men should outgrow the young guy hair cuts! (My Honeyman had long hair when we married) I think it it's just a part of growing up!

  5. You have a beautiful family. I think you must take multi-vitamins plus to get everything done that you do! Hooray for you, your family, and us as you share so much with your on-line family.

  6. I miss making cute little dresses for my girls. That's all they wore until they grew up and found jeans. LOL.
