Did you see this flag quilt on Accuquilt’s blog?
I was a quilt I made for the
magazine!Back then I used the 8″ QUBE because Accuquilt hadn’t come out with the Storm at sea die yet and also that die would have made tiny squares inside the corner diamond blocks.

It’s quite different!
You can really make it out of any qube set and companion set (or matching triangle in a square die set) I’m sort of tempted in making a 4″ QUBE version, it would be 30″ x 36″ with still a 2″ Fin. border, that would be SO adorable!!
I created a pattern for it and it’s sent to my TESTER group and I’ll release the pattern before 4th of July! so wait and see!!
If you ever want to be added to my test group, just let me know, you don’t have to test every quilt I design, I send out an email with a picture and yardage requirements and then usually a month for the testers to make the quilt (at least the top) and send me pictures and feedback. It’s very simple! And most of my patterns use Accuquilt QUBE dies!!
I truly love this quilt, might just be my favorite of all that you have created!
I love this quilt! I have both the 8″ cube and the storm at Storm at Sea die so my dilemma is, which one do I use?????
I saw this in Quiltmaker Magazine & on Accu Quilt. Very cute. Glad you got to publish it. I felt like I had a “friend” in the success arena.
I love this flag quilt and the storm at sea quilts but unfortunately I don’t have an Accuquilt machine and its not in my budget.
That’s why all my patterns include rotary cutting and templates too for those who don’t have the Accuquilt 🙂
