Did you know that in September, Accuquilt is having a DAILY deal!!
I LOVE my Accuquilt GO BIG and my dies, my “problem” is that I’m running out of space to put the dies and QUBE sets!!
I guess that’s a good problem to have 😉
My GO BIG is truly awesome! I have it to the left of my ironing board and it’s always ready to go! PUN intended!!
Then on one side of my studio I have these white IKEA cabinets which store all my dies!
(I’ve shown these pictures before)
I have worked with Accuquilt for years, first being a guest blogger, then a pattern designed for their new upcoming dies (many of the patterns on their website still don’t have MY name on it, but I know they are working on it) and then the last few years I’ve turned my patterns into Accuquilt friendly patterns too and now Accuquilt is also selling some of them on their site!!
Take a look at what the daily deal is and bookmark it and check back every day!
Hi welcome to my world.
Yes I agree with you, I’m having the same problem, but isn’t it a wonderful problem???
I have shelves that I have taken out of my closet, They are in the corner of my sewing room.
There are 3 ft wide and 7 feet tall shelves are 2 1/2 ft deep , with 5 adjustable shelves.
I have my dies lined up on their sides with the end label facing out. This has worked for me. And are in groups, appliqué, piecing blocks, blocks on board, etc.
I also have the storage boxes with a list of the dies on the front.
Hopefully this idea might be helpful for you.
At this point I have all the Qube sets and 340 dies.
It’s taken me years to collect them all. But it has been fun.
Good luck. Kathleen
My husband wants to buy Accuquilt stock.
Gee I just showed your pictures to my husband . His comment hee it looks like your room.
I put my dies on their sides instead of ends and allied a couple more shelves.
Can you do that??
