I quilted my neighbor’s penguin quilt yesterday.
I believe the pattern is in quiltmaker.

I finished the top for the spider web quilt and I DON’T like it…
I think the problem is that I used pale green and hunter greens, where I should have used more bright greens.
I’m not going to give this to the teacher, I think I’ll go back to my original plan of making two bargello with a twist quilts.
This one I will donate eventually.
I did get these LOVELY fabrics from Red Rooster.
It’s for a quilt for McCall’s
And my son had been begging me for a drawstring bag just like the hello kitty one I made my daughter, so he picked left over solar system fabrics and made it, well HE picked them 🙂
He’ll see it when he gets home from school.

the penguins are cute… the spider quilt is a little wild, but I like it 🙂
Super quilts! How do you get so much done? Are there more hours in the day at your place? Do you sleep? Does the baby take care of herself? Secrets please!
I like the black and yellow fabrics. It will be fun to see what yo do with them. I tried to think of suggestions for the spider web quilt but am coming up blank. Sorry.
