customer quilts and it’s a jungle :-)

Here’s some customer quilts I worked on monday and tuesday

A fun star baseball quilt

I quilted basic meandering but then added baseball “words” like Strike, batter up, single, double, triple etc.

A cute little baby quilt

dense feathers on all the borders

hard to see the back here, but it looks GREAT on the back

here’s some close ups

And someone voted early!

(Not me- I’m not a citizen)

I set up this jungle bouncer for Sonja yesterday, she’s still a tad too little, but seem to like it

she likes her FIST too 🙂

I saw a link to this color palette maker on another blog, but now I can’t find it in my bookmarks.

Anyways, had some fun with these.

Here’s Peanut

Now back to sewing more on the rainbow quilt for McCalls 🙂

I’m almost done with my STUPID drunkard’s path quilt top, I’m not liking this one, and a dumb leader and enders project.

Now I saw THIS today… what a cute leader and enders project! not that I WANT to do this one, but I’m thinking I might do something with the triangle in a square idea, maybe a scrappy version of this one? Hmm, I don’t know, or should I wait until THESE fabrics come- after all I DID order them last week. what do you think?

Or I could look at my UFO stash and work a little on those?

  1. Hi Bea! The quilting on the baseball quilt is so clever! Now wouldn't that be cute on a baby quilt with the baby's name, birthday, weight, etc… You certainly got the wheels going in my head! I happen to be doing a baby quilt. Love the feathers too. Say…that grandbaby is getting cuter by the moment! I had that same bouncer for my grandson. His legs were so short, we had to put a telephone book under his feet. Once he caught on, he was a jumping and a giggling! Later girl!
