catching up on easy street and customer’s quilt

I’m catching up on easy street part 1

I started sewing together the 4 patches already

now I need to order the easy angle ruler for part 2

I also finished a customer’s quilt

A fun 30s print quilt.

I quilted feathers inside the white squares in light blue thread

Now I have a friend who just a job with a litteracy group for out county for adults who don’t know how to read, she used to be our PTA president and is a good friend. I told her that I would make her a “book” quilt to auction off, here’s the book I saw at the library with this neat pattern, it’s pretty simple but so NEAT. the book is called ” the modern quilt workshop”
