After all the Christmas decorations came down, I also had a Christmas quilt on the wall near in our family room, so that came down too, and then I found a different quilt to hang in it’s place!
It’s called Boxed in!
This one I made for Island Batik’s catalog a while ago and the quilt finally came back to me.
It measures 50” x 57” and has 7” finished blocks
It’s great with the 1 1/2” Accuquilt strips cutter die!
You can also see a different version in black and white scraps that my old quilt guild made, I won the blocks that everyone made and turned it into a top and finished it and gave it back to them to donate.
They made more blocks that the pattern called for but the technique is the same and it’s easy to make the border bigger

I think I’m going to show patterns like this and give discounts once in a while on my blog as my craftsy store is closed and I started my shopify store a few months ago, I’d like to be able to keep the store and maybe eventually merge my domain name with it, still keeping my blog, but I’m not sure if I’ll lose followers or not, I’ll have to figure that out.
That looks really nice on the wall, Bea. I have too many projects in the works to consider making it. But I love the way the colors run in various directions across the quilt.
I like that one. Too bad I don't have any time to make it.
