I finished the Kitschy BOM- utensils!
Then I also finished our guilds BOM’s for this coming year, I’m on the BOM committee, so we had to test the patterns and meet to talk about them
This one was a NEAT block to make
and I don’t think I’ve ever made a chinese lantern block before, but it was fun and easy!
and one block is with wool and I HAND did the button hole stitches around with presencia threads.
I also worked on a women of the bible BOW, again these are 3 1/2” so really TINY and this time I rotary cut them, the strips for the corner 9 patches were cut 7/8” wide…. doesn’t look too bad!?
see the seam allowance even overlapped each other!
I’ve been working on 3 secret projects for Island batiks, so I’m glad that I had these giveaways and could schedule posts ahead of time
I just love your utensil block, how adorable!
I so want to make that lantern!!!
Kitchen block is ADORABLE!
Great blocks – the kitchen utensils is really neat – and the oh so tiny one is a real cutie.
Those kitchen utensils are adorable! You continue to amaze me with your progress.
I have to agree with everyone else, I LOVE the jar of utensils, (I've not as keen on some of the other kitchen blocks). I particularly love that Laced Square was it FPP'd? Your wool blocks are also gorgeous, and I've long been a fan of the teeny, tiny Women of the Bible blocks, another resounding success B,
Lots of beautiful stitching going on at your place. I adore the utensils block.
