I have a new Charm Pack friendly pattern listed in my shop called

Neighborhood

Finished sizes: 16” x 26 1/2”, 22” x 32 1/2″

Finished Block size: 3” x 4 1/2”

Skill Level: Exp. Beginner

This cute wall hanging is fun and easy to make.
By adding windows and doors it adds a bit of whimsy!

A- Charm Pack 1 small pack (20 pieces), 1 pack (at least 38 pieces)
B- Grey 1/2yd, 3/4yd
Binding 1/4yd, 1/2yd
Batting 20” x 30” 26” x 37”
Backing 22” x 32” 28” x 39”
Quilt can be made with the 6” QUBE set by Accuquilt.
*You may also need scraps of Heat N Bond Lite or other fusible for windows and
doors.
