Bible blocks, kitschy block and fabrics!

Here’s last week’s Women of the bible Quilt Block

This is Rachel, I did FPP on this one and cut some triangles a bit too small so my seam allowance is small but it will work once it’s sewn into the quilt.

The blocks are 3 1/2” so 3” when in the quilt

This is block # 7 Leah, lovers knot, did some machine applique

This was a bonus block for #7 – sister’s choice block, also FPP’ed

The other day my new neighbor came over and wanted me to embroider a wide ribbon for her for a baby shower, I had never done it before, but my machine worked like a charm!

And this week I got my fabrics from Connecting threads, II ‘m working on a new quilt pattern that also incorporates machine embroidery (any designs that’s 5” x 7”) I’m still looking for testers who have embroidery machines!!!

And Sonja is getting into “trouble” again this week, she found some EPP flowers and put them on her head like a cape or playing peek a boo!

and she took this picture with my camera, I guess that’s what I get for leaving it on my table WITHIN reach!
