my sewing time has been a lot less lately, I’m tired a lot and a certain 2 yr old wants to be entertained/ played with too…:)

I think you accomplished so much – remember to get the 'feet up' time. The little dress reminds me of my daughter at that age. I think that is when the little ponies first came out and were everywhere in our house (she's 34).
You have something else very important that you are working on so don't beat yourself up over the sewing you aren't getting done. That can wait, your other project is worth your attention right now.
