Here’s another scrappy quilt I started in April, since I had not much yardage left.
I think the pineapple die is my favorite die to use for a scrap quilt! and this time I wanted to make a blue boy version as I had done a pink and green one recently.
I used dark blue scraps and teal/turquoise scraps
I kept the center square the same dark blue print
Here’s the middle of the top all done, I can’t find a picture of the top with borders.
I finally finished quilting it and used “bauhaus” as a quilt design in dark blue (right after finishing Solveig’s quilt)
The backing and binding is the blue polka dotted fabric like Solveig’s quilt, so now I don’t have much of that left- I think it was a backing from Connecting threads and they had cut it too short, so they sent me another one earlier in the year.
The quilt measures 38″ x 48″
You are just whipping through the scraps Bea! I like you how you quilted this boy version.
Another nice scrap finish.
