Accuquilt Go Challenge Fall die

I can’t believe it’s the 15th already, I was planning on doing something else, but ran out of time since I was preparing for the craft show in less than 2 weeks.

So I looked at my dies and thought a fun small appliqued block or pillow or pin cushion and VOILA! I found the die for it!

The acorn would be fun!

I had some scraps of felt leftover from the stuffies I was making and the tiny scraps FIT!

So I cut one out of felt

cute!

Then I thought about WHAT to do with it- a small pincushion

-maybe on this brown fabric

I then tried this off white wool/felt I have a bunch of

and wrote HAPPY FALL Y’ALL

I stitched with presencia threads and also did button hole stitches on the acorn

Here it is all stitched

I then used the brown swirly fabric for the back of the pin cushion!

It’s small like the small owl
