ABC quilt for Accuquilt

Did you see this fun and “funky” ABC quilt on Accuquilt’s site?

This was a fun one to design, trying to base each letter in a 4×5 grid, so some letters are kind of odd, but I think it’s fun!

It’s made with just small squares and triangles (using the 8″ QUBE set)

It measures 52″ x 78″

I used scraps of black and dark grey fabrics then two pinks for the hearts and also scraps of white- but that’s hard to tell.

There were actually quite a lot of black prints

and the rows kept growing

I also added a border

Here it is all quilted

I quilted it with a heart swirl panto that’s built into QCT

You can also take this pattern and spell out names or just a few letters or one letter in a quilt.
