A small crazy patch batik table runner

What do you do if you have a few 10″ squares leftover and a new Accuquilt die??

Of course cut into them!!

I recently got this small crazy patch die from Accuquilt and then I had 3 batik 10″ squares that didn’t match much so I figured I’d cut into them and come up with SOMETHING!!

I flipped some pieces around so no two fabrics are touching each other

Quickly I sewed the blocks together like this

I then added sashing and borders in this blue batik, and I cut enough for binding too and backing, so that really determined how big I could cut the borders and sashing

It’s a tiny table runner 8 1/2″ x 22″ approx.

But really cute 🙂

I quilted and e2e leaf design from QCT

and I got my new label on it too!
