I recently made this In the hoop owl on my embroidery machine, I used the 5×7 hoop this time and just played with the fabric choices, I haven’t made these owls from Dolls and daydreams in a long time, so it was fun to try again!
The feet were really skinny, I couldn’t but fiberfill in them. I’ll try another BIGGER owl soon.
I also made 3 eyeglass cases with scrap fabrics, these are from embroidery garden I believe.
I’ve also worked on a project for Michael Miller’s ambassador program, this is my March project and this baby print is just SEW cute!!
and in between projects I’ve been working on scrappy blue and white log cabin blocks, I did an EQ tutorial on log cabin blocks, so I think you can guess the layout I’ll use…
