Solveig has been busy!
She’s home for the semester from Meredith college, here’s a few pictures from her sculpture class.
First is a reading cat, carved out of soapstone
Next is a self portrait bust made out of clay, the assignment was to not do a typical face and add something different to the emotion, she SURELY got that, the girls think it’s creepy especially with red eyes, but that’s what the assignment was about, so Hey, I think it’s well done!
She’s been working on beading too, here’s My Little Pony Fluttershy, it’s HUGE and was a HUGE pain to iron!
She also made this for her friend for Christmas
For her advent calendar she got legos and it wasn’t until maybe the 16th that she guessed what the set actually was! – You’ll see later 😉
Sonja and I went to visit Bjorn and play with his cats, they are getting so big!!
