2023 quilt project list week 29

What a week!

Hubby and Solveig came home from London on Tuesday night (after a 2hr delay in JFK because of a thunderstorm, but they MADE it!!) Bjorn is coming home today and I’m taking the girls to a birthday party so Dan will pick Bjorn up at the airport.

Here’s some pictures from their London trip, they seemed to have had a fun time and we’ve also talked to Bjorn twice and he’s enjoying his Deutsche Bank “boot camp”

Can you guess some of the places in the pictures?

as soon as they came home Tuesday night, they quickly did laundry and Wednesday morning we all packed for a beach trip we had booked months ago for a few days.

This was the first time we went during the season, so we could actually go in the water for a long time and we got BURNT!!

The first time we went to the beach house (it’s my friend’s house and she has it on VRBO btw) we went during the height of Covid and the only thing that was open was Publix, so we got subs for lunch and then one night got a sushi tray, so that seems to be our tradition now, we usually get both while at the beach 🙂
