2022 Project list week 12

Tuesday afternoon our friends came to visit with their 3 kids (7 and under) from Arkansas, they moved out there 2.5yrs ago and we used to be great friends when they lived 2min from here, Laura (the mom was my sewing buddy!) and the dads got along great too, we used to have dinners together and play games etc. This was their kids’ Spring break so they decided to drive 14hrs to NC to visit us and another family and left here Friday morning.

We talked a lot, caught up on news, family talk etc. The last night we made them homemade pizza on the grill.

They left at 5.30am Friday morning! (and of course invited us to come visit them in the near future!)

I forgot to take a lot of pictures, we just got busy….

Bjorn was still at Wingate, he was actually going with a group to a Model UN conference where they made it to regionals (I think), we’ll know later how it went.

I did get 3 fabric shipments while they were here, 1 for a Magazine quilt, 2 for patterns for my shop and one of those was a “just because I liked them” order, so I’ll be busy cutting fabrics the next few days!!
